They called a 'bandh' on 1st October to get public support in favour Sethu Sumudaram project.

As per my knowledge of politics, generally 'bandhs' are called by the opposition political parties to protest against the government policies which are not suitable to them for thier own/public interests. When you are already on the ruling side and running the government, you yourself can make the policies which are suitable to you or your followers.

In the present case, DMK and their allies are ruling Tamilnadu and they are a part of central government with a strong support of 39 MPS. The Sethu Samudram project is supposed to be executed by the central government. If they want this project to be continued, they must speak to the prime minister and ask him that if he does not continue the project, they will withdraw the support form the government. Very simple.

How a bandh can help in this matter. Bandhs are generally conducted to get the public support on some issues and then get the same people's vote to form the government. When people have already enabled you to reach to the both level of government, then it is your job to persue the policies as per your thinking.

Now why do you need a bandh. In the final match, I did my half day in my office and watched the match. As a layman, I found them good in all departments. After the match winning ball, one simple story clicked in my mind which I read from net itself that how simple things wroks so well and big things fails so oftenly. We sent a simple team without big names and won the tournament. The simple story matches with this win and the story has two parts:

1. Americans went to the moon and found that ink pen does not wort their due to some gravitational problems. After reaching to earth, they did lot of studies and developed a special pen which can work on moon. For this they spent lot of money and time to develop that pen. Next time they took this pen on moon.

After american, Russians went to the moon and observed the same problems. Next time they took one pencil and that worked on the moon simply.

2. One soap making company was getting complaints from the field that many times the customes gets the empty case of the soap ( no soap inside). For this, one specialist took the project and developed a complicated process to control problem after lot of studies and money investments. At last the number of complains got down.

Another soap making company was suffering from the same problem. In a meeting, one of their workers suggested a very simple method to control the same problem and the method was to put a high speed fan vertically on the line and let all the packed soap pass in front of it. The fan air will move away the empty paking of the soap. Everybody agreed and the problem got solved 100%

The above two stories applies to our cricket team also. In 1983, we sent a simple team headed by a non political capitain Kapil Dev and won the Title. After that, lot of studies, laptops, improted coach, action replays, technical players, big names, public opinions, cheer up by corporates, prayers and what not was tried but every times we failed to lift the trophy.

This time in 2007 also, very simple team headed by a simple lad MS Dhoni and we won the Title.

The moral of the story is that many times simple things works better than the power of money and analysis.

The Invader's Horse Story, Our Story

I keep on thinking about 800-1000 years slavery before independence and keep on analysing the reasons undergoing slavery. We have the art of getting work done by hook or crook.

The only area, which we lack in is our political leadership. This post is not just for reading and expressing comments instead it needs your participation. All I need from your side is your solidarity behind me saying that go ahead I am with you. So, please spare some time to read this post and drive the national politics as per your expectations.

How I Am Planning To Achieve This Mission

Before explaining the plan to achieve this mission, I would like to explain the importance of educated people getting together. I am an engineering graduate having many years experience in private sector. As per my experience, if we look at a problem, it seems too big but when we work together in a planned way, it seems too small to solve. For example looking at big projects like construction of thousands kilometers of railway tracks, dams, thermal plants, highways or metro rail projects, in the beginning, all these projects seems to be very big to execute them but when educated experts of respective fields get together with proper planning, we find them functioning well after some years.

I have comprehensive plan to educate the people about present corrupt political system where no body is getting benefited except the politicians, their friends & relatives and the new political system which we are dreaming of, based on honest voting and honest politicians from the same honest people.

I have studied all India's political system from village panchayats to parliament house. Till date hardly few people have reached to state assemblies or parliament because of their competence or capabilities. Most of the politicians reach to these positions due to the political vacuum which we have created for them by running away from politics or our electoral system. You just participate in my mission just sitting at your home and I shall ensure the cleaning of this dirty pond of politics.

The Winning formulla PHPPI

PHPPI stands for Patriotic & Honest People's Party of India. The complete plan can be explained in two steps:

The generation of educated people's vote bank

To organise the educated people to contest elections

1. The Generation of Educated People's Vote Bank: Looking at the geography and linguistic difference of India, it looks very difficult to reach to the people. But as per my studies and formulla, it is very easy to reach to the people if we do our part honestly and patriotically. The formulla can be devided into two parts:

(a) Through internet

(b) Through people to people contact

(a) Through internet: Presently(3.10.2006) there are about 6 crores internet users in India. Before explaining the formulla I would like to explain that almost all internet users communicate through English. That means there is no linguistic problem in this medium.

Now as per formulla, I am planning to develop a chain among the internet users based on the nuclear fission theory to propagate my message to the honest and educated people about corruption and to get together to get rid of this.

Principally, as per nuclear fission, when a slow moving nuetron strikes a heavy nucleus like uranium it breaks up into two fission fragments. The puzzling feature of this nuclear reaction is how a nucleus consisting of more than 200 protons and nuetrons could split into two pieces with so little provocation. This is analogous to breaking a huge rock by a feather touch.

The working principle of the formula can be explained here under:

Suppose I start the nuclear chain from myself and send the message to my ten well known friends/relatives. In the second step, these ten friends/relatives can forward the message to their next ten friends/relatives. This second step generates a vote bank of about 100 people. In the third step, these 100 people can forward the message to their next friends/relatives and this makes the vote bank of around 1000 people. This way at every step, we can multiply our vote bank by 10 and at the 8th step, it makes the vote bank of around 10 crore people.

Here it is more pertinent to add that the root cause of our political corruption is political funding and the respective expenditure during the elections but in our case since it does not require any money to generate the vote bank through internet, hence there is a zero chance of political corruption also.

(b) Through People To People Contact: As explained, in generating the vote bank through internet has one limitation and that is the availability of computer and internet connection. The second limitation is that the person has to be highly literate.

So, to cover the people out of this privileged class, we have to start a chain of people to people contact to enhance our vote bank among the general people who has no access to internet but the person has willingness to serve the nation by joining us.

The working principle is same but the only difference is that in the present case we have to approach a person and educate him to maintain the chain by becoming a member and propagate the idea to next ten people in his circle.

2. To organize the vote bank people to contest elections: Here, before explaining anything, I would repeat Netaji Subash Chandra's words, "The first step towards nation building is the creation of true & honest people and the second step is to organize them." The above words does not need any proof because Netaji himself adopted this philosophy in generating Azad Hind Fauj and then organized the force by leading them to fight for India's freedom.

Here our mission is also just like a second freedom struggle to get rid of our corrupt political system. Our mission is more easy as compared to Netaji's freedom struggle. We need not to take the guns in our hands. We are already equipped with the most powerful weapon and that is our constitutional right of voting. If we exercise our voting power jointly, then we can nuetralise the present political power and establish a new regime to lead the nation with more honesty, integrity and with more brilliant ideas.

As far as organization of people is concerned, in the beginning, I have generated that much resources that I can maintain a data bank of our respondents who want to participate in our mission of political corruption's cleaning. In long run, based on my experience of public perception about political corruption through public, print media and electronic media, I am confident that people are fed up of the current political establishment and they want a change. Hence, I am confident that crores of honest people will respond to me and once I start getting response from people, I can find some active people among them who can support me to organize the people in their respective areas.

Once I find some honest organisors to organize the people in their respective areas, the next step is to find leaders to contest elections and to form a new political party. The name of the new political party shall be PHPPI (Patriotic And Honest People's Party of India).

Merits of The System:

1. Since this system does not require any money to campaign, hence the person whomsoever get elected shall not be inclined to corruption because he has not invested his money in the campaign.

2. Since our system emphasizes on honesty, patriotism and national interest and gives least value to the personal interest, hence we will get more patriotic and honest leaders as compared to the present political system where only personal interest is there and nobody is there to take care of the national interest.

3. Since our mode of campaigning is chain based through educated people, hence every individual will get message directly. This way, once an individual understands the philosophy of the organization then he will not get deviated from his duty to cast his vote honestly as compared to the present system of political rallies and false promises where no one trust our politicians.

There is nothing new in my ideas. Everyday you can read this kind of motivating ideas in every newspaper, you can watch big debates on many TV channels or you can watch many patroitic films frequently regarding the prevailing corruption and deteriorating image of our politicians. Everybody know about this, everybody complains about this, everybody gives suggestions about it but no body has time to act on his own suggestions. It needs a little explanation. Let us take all categories one by one. In newspaper, when you find some article about nationalism/corruption, you will find the name of the writer on the top of that article. Most of these kinds of articles are being written by professional columnists on daily/weekly basis. They are being paid by the newspaper's management for every word they write for the newspaper. So that has become their bread & butter and the columnist himself have no time act on that whatever he intends to preach to his readers (after writing one article, he starts to think about tomorrows article). For the newspapers management, these kinds of articles are part of its business because they have to offer something patriotic to their readers. For the reader also, it is part of his routine to read all this to enhance his knowledge about national issues or to pass his time.

The same thing applies to TV anchors or film makers, their owners and viewers also. I mean; for a person whomsover anchors the TV program or directs a film, it is part of his profession. For TV channel or film producer, it is part of their business and for the viewer, it is just for information, entertainment or time pass. The TV program anchor or the film director has no time to act on whatever he intends to preach to his viewer (after anchoring this program, the TV anchor starts working on new program and the film director signs a new film). The viewer also, just charge up for some time and forget about this when he resumes his routine job. He awaits for new program or film. For news channel owner/ film producer, it is part of their business. They understand the sentiments of public and encash them by offering such kind of patriotic programs/films. Everyone has his own business. Everything is happening among well to do people. I mean to say that all these columnists, newspaper's owners, anchors, TV channels owner, film makers, readers or viewers are resourceful people. They have moulded themselves according to the prevailing conditions and all are leading a good life somehow. No body acts to root out the problem. Everybody thinks that some divine power shall land up with a magical stick to save us from all this. Sometimes, our actions are quite strange in certain respects. We respect the sacrifices of others but whenever it needs us to do the same, we hardly get ready for that.

But, if you read my message, everywhere I am commiting to take a lead to act and invite you to participate with me to curb the political corruption. In other words, expecting the solution from others is not wise. Our own actions are likely to bring better solution.

Here my concern is that the people who can do something good for the nation, who has money to do something, need not to do any thing because they already have adjusted themselves according to the prevailing circumstances and have no time to do anything for the nation and a person like me who want to do something for the nation, who can take a lead, has no money to do anything for the nation. But I believe in one proverb, "Shortage of money is no problem, shortage of ideas is a big problem." So, dear friends, you have money and I have idea. Let s get together to do something good for the nation.

If you are a victim of corruption in any sphere of life, come forward and join me . Our politicians are pushing the nation backward by dividing the people in the name of caste and religion so that they can keep on ruling us. Our people deserve this, when they vote on caste lines and in the name of religious beliefs. Our educated people are a step ahead of our castiest and religious people. They do not vote at all and keep on criticizing our leaders whole life. When somebody do not want to vote, then why they should object to the vote bank politics. Simply sitting at home and talking about politics and wishing that this party should have come to power does not help anyone.

We all disgrace but we have to accept that today we live in India. India has history to be looted again and again. History repeats itself. India is again getting looted and crushed since last 60 years. This time, it is our own greedy, dirty and useless politicians. They are dividing the people so deeply on caste lines that it would not be a surprise if our politicians one day amends the constitutionand says since for centuries so called upper caste have dominated the lower castes, hence the people who are born to upper caste should not live in India.

This is due to indivisualism. We are turning to an indivisualistic society where nobody has time to think of nation. If we do not awake ourselves, someday we are bound to face the music of political robbery. Here I would quote one saying to explain the situation of consequences,

"First they came for communists and I did not speak out because I was not a communists. Then they came for trade unionists, I did not speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me."

It needs one more story to charge up you and the the story is here under:

The Mouse Story ... Or Our Story

A mouse looked through the crack in the wall to see the farmer and his wife open a package. "What food might this contain?" The mouse wondered - he was devastated to discover it was a mousetrap.

Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning. "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said, "Mr. Mouse, I can tell this is a grave concern to you but it is of no consequence to me. I cannot be bothered by it."

The mouse turned to the pig and told him, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The pig sympathized, but said, "I am so very sorry, Mr. Mouse, but there is nothing I can do about it but pray. Be assured you are in my prayers."

The mouse turned to the buffalo and said, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The buffalo said, "Wow, Mr. Mouse. I'm sorry for you, but it's no skin off my nose."

So, the mouse returned to the house, head down and dejected, to face the farmer's mousetrap alone.

That very night a sound was heard throughout the house like the sound of a mousetrap catching its prey. The farmer's wife rushed to see what was caught. In the darkness, she did not see it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught. The snake bites the farmer's wife. The farmer rushed her to the hospital and she returned home with a fever.

Everyone knows you treat a fever with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer took his hatchet to the farmyard for the soup's main ingredient the Chicken.

But his wife's sickness continued, so friends and neighbors came to sit with her around the clock. To feed them, the farmer butchered the pig.

The farmer's wife did not get well; she died. So many people came for her funeral; the farmer had slaughtered the buffalo to provide enough meat for all of them.

The mouse looked upon it all from his crack in the wall with great sadness.

So, the next time, you hear someone is facing a problem and think it doesn't concern you, remember - when one of us is threatened, we are all at risk. We are all involved in this journey called life. We must keep an eye out for one another and make an extra effort to encourage one another.

Remember each of us is a vital thread in another person's tapestry, our lives are woven together for a reason. One of the best things to hold onto in this world is a friend.

So, Dear friends just wake up and join me to generate a vote bank of honest and educated people to drive out our corrupt political system before it reaches to such a stage where no body can save us just like the final stage of cancer.

For example, casting the vote during elections does not concern many people because they think that whomsoever gets elected, it is not going to affect their life. But just imagine, if due to the communal or caste hatre created by our leaders, civil war starts in the country or nuclear war starts with our neighbouring country due to inflametry speeches by our leaders, then everybody's life is at stake. Hence we must cast our vote to elect elect a marginally less corrupt politician.

Note: This is the summary. At a first glance, we do not loose even a second to blame it to our politicians sitting in our drawing rooms. That is one part of this hard truth but is it enough on our part to pass on the buck to the politicians and change the TV channel/ discuss something else.

Having a philosophical mind, this incidence forced me to think the root cause of this issue. As all of us know that as per present system, reservation is caste based. 60 years back, when this idea was implemented, the whole nation was charged with patriotism and materialism had no place in people's mind. Our leaders and people were symphethetic towards our Sc/St brothers to bring them up in the main stream. Hence nobody objected to the caste based reservation and hence it went on smoothly.

After 60 years, materialism has hijacked the charitable mind of the people. With the spread of education among all sections of the society, people's analyzing power has increased. Today even a layman is trying to understand this logic that why the kids of Sc/St civil servants needs reservation and why not his children. The reservation has become a feudal system where Sc/Sts are born with a permanent position in the society. The height of the system is that some people have turned to be the holy cows in this system. Nobody can dare to touch them. I mean, nobody can think of removing the creamy layer from the reservation system whether the people needs help or not. This thing has aggravated the other people's mind who do not come under this umbrella but they are poorer than some of Sc/Sts.

The hard truth is that India was never ruled by meritorious people. Some of my friends can differ with me. If it were the merit, outsiders could not have ruled us for so many centuries. Injustice is our destiny. Today also, our politicians are busy in strengthening their vote banks whatever amount of injustice happens to the people that does not matter to them.

Hard luck to our politicians. This time, they are in a hard situation. Next 10 years can be turbulent times for our politicians.

On our part, simply sitting in the drawing rooms and blaming it to our politicians is not enough. We must come forward and vote in every election as a vote bank of educated people. Above all this is the only vote for which our politicians are encouraging the people of two castes to fight with each other. If we give our votes to our politicians, then they need not to do this divide and rule policy.

Fake Encounters And Freedom To Kill

These days, there are big debates on TV and headlines of national dailies are filled regarding the fame encounter of shorabbuddin and hgis wife kaushar. some so called secular media friends are projecting three police officials as the biggest villains they have ever reported and projecting shorabbuddin as an innocent. On the other hand few tv channels are symphathetic towards police officials and highlighting the police records of shorabbudin. For an ordinary viewer like me it is very hard to understand the message from media.

I was trying to understand the root cause of the problem that why police needs to do these fake encounters. One side, terrorists are free to kill any civilian and they know that there chances to get caught by police are hardly 20% and even then if police catch them, they are going to live long another 15 years in Indian jails( read it takes ten years to get the final verdict from lower court to supreme court and then another five years for mercy petition hearing by our government and the president).

On the other hand, police officials play very safe. First of all they hardly takes any risk to catch a terrorist because there are chances for them also to get killed in this effort. If someone dares to put his life at stake and catch a terrorist, again the same botheration of waiting 15 years to convict that terrorist and collecting the proofs to prove him terrorist because in the mean time human right activist also come into picture.

Then what is the solution. The solution is that, we must ensure the speedy trials of the cases. Justice delayed means justice denied. At the same time I know it from media that when courts are asked for speedy justice, they blame it to the lack of resources like shortage of staff and other infrastructure. Who provides the infrastructure? That is government elected by us. Why government do not provide the infrastructure. They say they do not have sufficient funds. Is it true? No.

Our politicians have sufficient funds to distribute free tv sets, unemployment allowance, caste based financial aid, free electricity, loan waiving-off and increase seats in imm/iits to ensure caste bases quota but no money for courts efficiency. That is your& my money by which politicians are running their political business and we looks helpless.

Why we looks helpless. It is due to the fact that we give taxes out of compulsion but do not give votes because it is not our compulsion. This is the point where we get defeated. All my blogs will provoke you to do something on the highlighted issue and if you want to do it then come on join me. We can do something by getting together.

Before closing, I would add something regarding the fate of these three police officials. Form the initials reports, it seems that these officials have done something wrong in this encounter. If it is true, then they deserve some mercy from our government looking at their service to the nation in past excluding this particular case and the track record of the person killed.. We have that much kind politicians like farook abdulla, gulam nabi azad and all secular congress people, left friends who can get symphathetic towards their own probable killer like afjal then why not any mercy for these police officials. Let the family of the victim get compensated by these officials itself as a punishment to them

Thu, 03 May 2007 10:50:34 times I read about the success stories of Indians professionals in India and abroad whether it is doctors or engineers or entrepreneurs. Being an engineering professional, I have read many times that there are many Indians in top positions in Microsoft, Intel and IBM etc. At the same time, many have turned to successful entrepreneurs like Vinod Khosla, Shabir Bhatia and Narayana Murthy. I hope that other professional like Doctors or CAs must also be doing well in their respective areas. I concluded from the above lines that when professional people get together, they make it a success. At the same time, if we look at our political system, our politicians always let us down in every respect. It seems that a syndicate has become among the politicians, top business houses and the poor where the poor people votes for politicians and take money in exchange of their votes, gets subsidized items after elections, big business houses gives political donations to political parties and gets some favours for their business after elections and politicians keep on looting the whole nation for five years because nobody is there to control them. Nobody is there to think of Nation and our nation has turned to be an orphan. The net result is that there is anarchy all sides.

Here it is important to note down that I did not include our bureaucrats in this syndicate. The reason behind this is that our bureaucrats are not dishonest when they join office but they are being made corrupts by our politicians. It was the same administration which was doing well under the British, the difference is that by that time, their bosses were British, and nobody can deny this that British were good administrators. The honesty of our civil servants can be explained by the fact that when they join the service, they have good spirit to serve the nation but during the tenure of the service they frequently see the politicians taking bribes and many times it passes through their own hands. Our bureaucrats get frequent calls from our politicians to do favour to their supporters taking shortcuts in laws and rules. So with the passage of time, their spirit to serve the nation/ do justice die down and they start taking bribes, in case they do not oblige their bosses (read our politicians) they are being transferred to less significant positions.

So the root cause of all the failures is our political system. Sometimes I defend the politicians, top business houses and poors also. I blame it to our educated and resourceful people who are not participating in our electoral system. From all the above lines, it seems that everyone is doing his own business and somewhere we forgot the selfishless service to the nation. There are crores of passive patriots (refer the article service to the nation for explanation) and no body is serving the nation actively rising above his personal interest. I consider only those people as active patriots who are doing something for the society in free and do not get any returns from that, like donating some money for charitable work or running the charitable institutions.

Here my concern is that the people who can do something good for the nation, who has money to something, need not to do any thing because they already have adjusted themselves according to the prevailing circumstances and no time to do anything for the nation and a poor person who want to do something for the nation, who can take a lead, has no money to do anything for the nation. But I believe in one proverb, " Shortage of money is no problem, shortage of ideas is a big problem."

So, dear friends, let us get together to root out this problem. Every chapter of this book shall highlight one problem of our present political system which is leading us towards backwardness and encourage you to participate with me to eradicate that particular problem.

Every word of this book shall remind you about your duty towards your nation/society. I understand through media that our IITians have paid back crores of rupees to their respective IITs because they found these institutes as great temples of education and they want that these institutions should sustain well to teach our future generations. My mission is also just like setting up a new institute to safeguard our independence and democratic values by political transparency.

This book is not just for reading instead after reading and understanding the book, you have to practice these values in your personal life. Every chapter/ article has some moral and you have to imbibe the same in your self to serve the nation.

Dear Reader, my intension to write this book is to awake you about your participation in Nation building to kick out our corrupt political system. If you find any critical words in this book which hurts your sentiments, please ignore the same. I respect the sacrifices of all our freedom fighters but I have targeted some of our present leaders who are not able to fulfill the dreams of our freedom fighters and looting the nation for their vested interests.

D. V. Bhartiya

REFLECT & ACT TO SERVE INDIA!

If you ask any person in India that if some magical stick is given him, what he will do with that at first. He will promptly say that he will wipe out our politicians. Why this opinion has erupted in every one's mind? This is due to the prevailing corruption in all spheres of life. In addition to corruption, favoritism, nepotism, caste-ism, religious fundamentalism and individualism are rising day by day. Whenever it comes to raise the salary of MPs/MLAs, all politicians get together but when it comes for Nation's progress, they never let it to happen for one reason or other to maintain their vote banks. Looking at this condition, if Mahatma Gandhi would have been alive, he would have begged The Britishers to come back and rule India. At the same time if you ask the same person that is there any end to this problem, he will say no.

If you ask me the same question, I will say yes. The solution is there but me and you have to participate in that mission in long run. Before explaining my and your role in this mission, I would like to explain the root cause of this problem. If we look at our freedom movement, we will find that all people participated in that struggle for 200 years with high spirit. After Independence, our educated & resourceful people (who were the backbone of this movement) pulled out of our electoral system thinking that our politicians are enough good to run the country affairs. The result was that no one was there to support and monitor our politicians. With the passage of years, there became nexus among the politicians, big business houses and the poors. Big business houses started to finance the politicians and there after got government policies in their favour. Poor people started to take money in exchange of their votes and got subsidised daily necessity items after the elections. Politicians started to rob the whole nation because nobody was there to watch them. The net result is that there is anarchy all sides.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO? : The educated and resourceful people needs to come forward to participate in our electoral system. They need to support some honest from among and vote for them.

HOW DO WE FIND & REACH TO HONEST PEOPLE?: Finding honest people is not a difficult task. If we exclude our politicians and some bureaucrats, there are crores of honest and nation loving people in every corner of the nation. Secondly, to reach to them is also very easy. If Mahatma Gnadhi could have reached to villages of India in the age of bullock carts & coal engines, why can't we reach to the same people in the age of science & technology. Technically, this mission is just like the entry of a new multinational company which plans to sell its products all over India. For example, all consumer goods and medicines have reached to every household in India by aggressive marketing and market forces. Here our product is honesty & patriotism. We have to sell it to every household of India. Here, I mean to say that we need to educate our voters to vote honestly rising above caste, creed and personal interests. Once the majority of people get educated about honesty & patriotism, then we need to prepare one person out of these honest people to contest elections. Here, I would quote Netaji Subash words for Nation building, "The first step towrds nation building is the creation of true & honest people and the second step is to organise them."

WHY WE SHOULD SUPPORT THIS MISSION?: To explain this, we need to understand our present political system. To start with, I will start from national level:

1. All national level political parties gets political donations from big business houses. Thereafter, whomsoever wins the elections and rules the nation, the same business houses reminds the ruling alliance of their donations and gets the Government policies in their favour. This way the policies which were supposed to be made for nation's progress bites the dust under pressure from business houses.

2. Despite the political funding from big business houses, this money is insufficient to contest elections all over India. So political parties award some tickets to rich people in exchange of crores of rupees and asks them to meet their own expanses from their own pockets. This way many rich people spends huge personal money to win elections. After becoming MPs or Ministers, their first priority is to recover their own money. This way they start looting money at the expanse of national interest and nobody is there to stop them. To get money, they bypass the rules of land which results into the collapse of the system and the bureaucrats around them get corrupt.

3. Due to the deteriorating image of our politicians, voters try to loot the candidates during the elections thinking that no body is going to turn up to them after elections. It gives wrong impression to the leaders that public have already looted them during the elections and thereafter public do not deserve a good deal when they did not vote honestly.

4. Most of the candidates are selected based on caste or religious combinations. So, after getting elected, they get extra pressure from the respective caste or religion to do something extra for them. To meet their expectations, these particular MPs or Ministers always keep on mounting extra pressure on PM/CM and hampers his freedom to work in national interest. This way if these particulr MPs or Ministers gets some favour for their caste or religion, other people feel cheated because they also had voted to them.

5. At village or regional level: Now if I exclude some rich & national level leaders and explain the rise of poor villagers/regional leaders like Laloo Prasad, Mayawati or Ram Vilas Paswan, again it shows that caste makes many leaders at village or regional level also. These leaders are not brought up by national level parties instead caste wars in these particular areas have made them big leaders. Definitely they had entered the politics to fight against atrocities on their castes. After enjoying the fruits of this caste politics, they found that there is a huge potential of political business in these caste wars and now encashing the same in the name of dalit politics. Instead of reducing the gap, they are polarising the people on caste lines. At the same time, their influence remains up to regional level and hardly acceptable in other states. So their mindset remains confined to one particular region and when some policies are thought in national interest, they influence the same in regional interest.

6. New leaders:

(a) Born politicians: This catagory is destined to become politicians due to their birth in a political family. They need not to understand the problems of people. It is their family business. Already they got broad base of customers (read our voters). Their forefathers have already accumulated enough money for them so that some times if they loose elections still then they can survive. They have nothing to do with the nation. It is their family business and they mind their own business.

(b) Caste politicians: The fortune of our politicians is decided by the presence of their respective castes in their respective areas. People from the same caste donate money to the candidate out of caste sentiments. This is the most dangerous/unfortunte trend since independence. People never expect anything from them instead they have some mental satisfaction that one person from their caste is there in the parliament. Our politicians are encasing these sentiments since last 59 years without doing any thing for the them.

7. Money power: Only a person having more financial resources can enter politics whether he is good or bad. In the present political system, a poor person who is good & honest and wants to do something for the nation by entering politics has no money to enter politics. A rich person who is good & honest and who can do something for the nation by entering politics need not to eneter politics because he is already living a good life any how.

From the above seven points, it is clear that all our politicians are supported by business houses or self finacing or supported by respective castes or some other supporters. Philosophically, it is very simple logic that a person who plants a fruitful tree, he plants it with the intention that either he shall get the fruits directly or his future generations or his friends & relatives and some leftover he will sell it to the market to plant a new tree to increase his business The same thing applies to our political system also, only the active politicians, their supporters and relativels are enjoying the fruits of politics & freedom. This way common people will never enjoy the fruits of freedom.

SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO THIS NEVER ENDING CYCLE?: Here never ending cycle means that public expects high standards (honesty) from politicians and politicians expects the same from public while electing them. To explain the solution to this problem, we need to come back to my first point where I had written that educated & resourceful people need to come forward to vote and support the politicians rising above the caste, creed or personal interests.

HOW I AM PLANNING TO ACHIEVE THIS MISSION?: Before explaining the plan to achieve this mission, I would like to explain the importance of educated people getting together. I am an engineering graduate having many years experience in production planning. As per my experience, if we look at a problem, it seems too big but when we work together in a planned way, it seems too small to solve. For example looking at big projects like construction of thousands kilometers of railway tracks, dams, thermal plants, highways or metro rail projects seem to be very big to execute but when educated experts of respective fields get together with proper planning, we find them functioning well after some years.

I have comprehensive plan to educate the people about present corrupt political system where no body is getting benefited except the politicians, their friends & relatives and the new political system which we are dreaming of, based on honest voting and honest politicians from the same honest people.

I am planning of this political change since last 20 years. During my education and job career, I kept a close watch on both kinds of people, one those who are very honest and reached to great heights by abiding the rules of land. Others those who are very dishonest and never abide by the rules or laws. Most of the dishonest people are there in our political system who has corrupted other people also around them.

There is nothing new in my ideas. Everyday you can read this kind of motivating ideas in every newspaper or you can watch big debates on many TV channels regarding the prevailing corruption and deteriorating image of our politicians. The only difference is that for a person whomsover writes the article in newspaper or anchors the TV program, it is part of his routine job. That is his profession. For newspaper or TV channel, it is part of their business and for the reader, it is just for information, entertainment or time pass. Nobody act on it. Everybody thinks that some Divine Power shall land up with a magical stick to save us from all this. Sometimes, our actions are quite strange in certain respects. We respect sacrifices of others but whenever it needs us to do the same, we hardly get ready for that. If you read my message, everywhere I am commiting to take a lead to act and invite you to participate with me to curb the political corruption. In other words, expecting the solution from others is not wise. Our own actions are likely to bring better solution.

WHY I WANT TO DO ALL THIS?: As we know that every stastic start from zero. Someone has to be there to make it one and start. Some one has to take a lead. If Mahatma Gandhi, Subash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh or all our other freedom fighters would have thought that why they should jump into the freedom movement instead why not their neighbours, it could never have been started. Once started by few patriotic people, later on it became a big movement and today our politicians are enjoying the fruits of that freedom. To distribute these fruits among all Indians we need to fight one more freedom movement to get rid of our corrupt political system. In this context I would quote Saheed Bhagat Singh's words, "Nothing will change after Independence except the colour of our national flag. The politicians and bureaucrats shall loot and eat up this country." Today his words are proving right. So we need to get together to fight the war against our corrupt political system. If we get together, it is very easy to change the system because there are handful of these corrupt people who has come to the front side of our political system and pushed back majority of our honest people. Someone from honest people needs to come forward to lead all honest & nation loving people and send these corrupts at their right place.

Already many of my friends and relatives has assured me life long support to meet this mission. This message is written after 20 years of philosophical thinking about human needs and how to solve them with honest political will power. Please think about this and if you agree with my ideas, please write back to me at: serve_india@rediffmail.com If you have your own suggestions to make this mission more effective, you are welcome to send to me.

In exchange of your support to me, your requirement should be only one thing and that is honesty & transparency in the political system. Here I would like to quote some words of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose which he used to speak during freedom struggle to encourage the nation loving people to participate in freedom movement, "Tum mujhe khoon do, mein tumhe aazadi doonga" (come forward for sacrifices and I shall ensure freedom for you). Today I repeat the same words in a modified text, "Tum mujhe vote do, mein tumhe honesty aur transparency doonga."

So, please wake up and write back to me to join this mission. Reform yourself and dedicate your some time to serve the nation by participating in this mission. It is just like adding one more member in your family and that is your motherland. It is the same land where we are earning, breathing, our homes and kids are here and moreover if we do something today, it will help our future generation. Some of my friends may take it as a fun but let it be for the sake of fun, just participate and wait for the result.

Please note that by doing all this, I do not aspire to become Minister/Prime minister/President of India or CM of any state. My job shall be to start a movement which consists of honest and nation loving people. The day when we reach in such a position to elect Prime Minister or President of India, we shall elect one best possible person excluding me. Here I would quote one saying, "Good education is not just an abrupt preparing of a man to succeed, also to do something for Nation."

Before closing I would quote one more saying, "If you do not run your own life, some one else will." The same thing applies to our present political system also. If good people does not come forward to lead the nation, automatically it will go in the hands of bad people.

APPEAL: Please note that there are crores of good and honest, nation loving citizens. By this message we can generate awareness among all nation loving citizens about the prevailing corruption. I shall circulate this message to all my well known friends who knows me since many years. These well kown friends shall further circulate this to their well known friends. After reading this message, if you agree with my ideas and have same feelings like me about the prevailing corruption and our politicians then I appeal to you start your action to spread this message among your friends and write back to me.This way I am planning to develop a chain among nation loving people. I have very comprehesive plan to achieve this mission but it is very hard to explain all this in this message itself. This is a small portion of my message and there are many motivating ideas for Nation building.

Just participate in this mission sitting at your home to build India as a Nation of your dreams. Your participation can make a big difference to fulfill this dream. So, please write back to me to express your views and to know more details about this mission to serve the Nation.

If you do not forward this message nothing will happen to you. He will promptly say that he will wipe out our politicians. Similarly, on 15th august, 2005, I was watching a TV program where the anchor was asking the reporters all over India to ask the people around them that from which thing they want the freedom today. Everybody was very quick to complain about our politicians and most of them raised a very strong voice that the public wants to get rid of our politicians. The same question is hitting my mind since last 20 years that where we are heading to? Why this opinion has erupted in every one's mind? This is due to the prevailing corruption in all spheres of life. In addition to corruption, favoritism, nepotism, castism, religious fundamentalism and individualism are rising day by day. Whenever it comes to raise the salary of MPs/ MLAs, all politicians get together but when it comes for the nations progress, they never let it to happen for one reason or other to maintain their vote banks. Everybody wants to see the end of corruption but nobody wants to involve himself in any campaign against corruption. Ask Yourself "Are you committed to the abolishment of world hunger?" You would probably say "Yes." Ask Yourself again "Have you ever been involved in any activity to eradicate world hunger. I am certain that your answer to this would be "No." Therein lies the difference between involvement and commitment. Similarly in case of political corruption also everybody wants to see the end of corruption but when it comes to cast the votes in favour of a marginally less corrupt politician in elections, many educated people prefer to sit at home and relax or go for a picnic.

After independence, our politicians started to enjoy the fruits of freedom and public emphasized on their personal growth. Our educated & resourceful people (who were the backbone of freedom movement & played a vital role to get independence) pulled out of our electoral system thinking that our politicians are enough good to run the country affairs. If you do not fence & cultivate this land, only un-useful grass will grow there and animal shall graze there. In our politics also, we have left it open to our animal like politicians and they are grazing there easily when no body is there to stop them.

2. Our present political system has become just like a public park without its boundary where any one can enter and relax there. This is open to all. Some decent people come here for jogging. Other side, some flirts are doing flirting. Along with people, it has free access to animals to graze there. If we do not put any boundary and do not resist to nonsense, the number of flirts and animal shall increase and the decent people will stop to come there because there is no fresh air to breath or good atmosphere to move around due to the presence of animals and flirts.

Similarly, in politics also, everybody has free access. Due to non participation by good people as voters, the number of honest people in parliament is decreasing and the numbers of robbers & crooks is increasing very fast.

What Do We Need To Do:

The educated and resourceful people needs to come forward to participate in our electoral system. They need to support some honest from among and vote for them.

Encourage Participation Of Our Honest People: Since independence, there was never more than 60% voter turnout on an national average. Then where are these 40% voters. If I consider that due to migration or errors in voters list, 10% votes are not polled, then remaining 30% do not cast their votes due to one reason or other. In my opinion, all these 30% voters are well-educated people who do not think it necessary to vote for anyone thinking it a wastage of time. In present scenario they are absolutely correct.

The Reason Behind Non-Participation: In my opinion, there are two reasons behind this which are explained as follows:

1. After independence, since all of politicians were fully charged with patriotism & honesty. Our educated people found that anyone whomsoever got elected, was doing well and taking the nation in right direction. Our people had full confidence in our leaders. As long as all the politicians were good, our educated people participated in nation building in all respects and they were not worried about our leaders/elections. So, our educated people emphasized on their personal growth and stopped voting/participating in electoral process thinking that since all politicians are enough good and their vote is not going to make much difference. Hence the voters turnout remained around 60%.

2. With passage of time and change of generation, looking at daily scams, our educated people found that second generation leaders have started to loot the nation. With repeated swapping of leaders and govenments, our educated people found that today all leaders are equally bad and their vote is not going to make much difference. So, today also, our educated people are emphasizing on their personal growth and not participating in the electoral process thinking that all politicians are crooks, nothing is going to change. In the present scenerio, they are absolutely correct. Hence, still today, the voters turnout is around 60%.

In both cases, educated people's vote does not make much difference. It can be effective only in one case and that is when one side bad people are there and other side, we offer to them good people.

How Do We Find & Reach To Honest People

Finding honest people is not a difficult task.

Why We Should Support Honest People

To explain this, we need to understand our present political system. After independence also, the some educated and resourceful people continued to participate in nation building as long as there were some honest people in our political system. But once they found that our second generation politicians have started to loot the nation, they started to run away from the politics/politicians. I mean to say, they found that their vote is not going to make any difference when nobody honest is there in the political system. Today, the truth is that nobody from this class comes out to vote. Today our educated and resourceful people constitutes about 20 crores of our voters. This is that section of our population, who has always supported our politicians rising above caste, creed or personal interests. When they found that in spite of their honest support to our politicians, nothing good is happening for them. Every where, they have to warm up the palm of corrupt people then why to waste their energy in supporting the politicians instead emphasized on their personal growth by moulding themselves according to the prevailing corrupt system. Today, when there is no participation from this class, our nation has become helpless at the hands of our politicians and who work for their vested interests. To start with, I shall start from the national level:

1. All national level political parties get political donations from big business houses. Thereafter, whomsoever wins the elections and rules the nation, the same business houses reminds the ruling alliance of their donations and gets the government policies in their favour. This way the policies which are supposed to be made for nation's progress bite the dust under pressure from business houses.

2. Despite the political funding from big business houses, this money is insufficient to contest elections all over India. So political parties award some tickets to rich people in exchange of crores of rupees and asks them to meet their own expanses from their own pockets. This way many rich people spend huge personal money to win elections.

To meet their expectations, these particular MPs or Ministers always keep on mounting pressure on PM/CM and hampers his freedom to work in national interest. This way if these particular MPs or Ministers get some favours for their caste or religion, other people of the same area feel cheated because they also had voted to him.

(a) Born Politicians: This category is destined to become politicians due to their birth in a political family. They need not to understand the problems of the people. It is their family business. Already they got broad base of customers (read our voters). Their forefathers have already accumulated enough money for them so that some times if they loose elections, still then they can survive. They have nothing to do for the nation. It is their family business and they mind their own business.

(b) Caste Politicians: The fortune of most of our politicians is decided by the presence of their respective castes in their respective areas. People from the same caste donate money to the candidate out of caste sentiments. This is the most unfortunate and dangerous trend in our politics since independence. People never expect anything from this kind of caste leaders instead they have some mental satisfaction that one person from their caste is there in the parliament or state assembly. Our politicians are encashing these people's sentiments since independence without doing anything for them.

Philosophically, it is very simple logic that a person who plants a fruitful tree, he plants it with the intention that either he shall get the fruits directly or his future generations or his friends & relatives and some leftover; he will sell it to the market to plant a new tree to increase his business when the tree starts delivering. If it dries, it is a diffent thing and he plants a new one if he do not loose heart. The same thing applies to our political system also, only the active politicians, their supporters and relativels are enjoying the fruits of politics. If some one loose elections, he wait for his next turn. I mean next time the people will defeat the present one and elect the defeated one. This way common people will never enjoy the fruits of freedom.

So What Is The Solution To This Never Ending Cycle

Here never ending cycle means that public expects high standards (honesty) from politicians and politicians expects the same from public while electing them. As I have already explained the complete theory behind the deterioration of our political system. To understand the solution to this problem, we need to come back to my first point where I had written that educated and resourceful need to come forward to vote and support the honest politicians rising above the caste, creed or personal interests. I had mentioned that me and you has to participate in our electoral system in long run. Now being an educated person you must be eager to know my and your role in this mission. As far as my role is concerned, I have started a mission all our india to educate the people about prevailing corrupt political system in India where no body is getting benefitted except the active politicians, their friends & relatives and the new honesty based system which we are dearming of. As far as your role is concerned, you can opt any of the following choices as per your capacity:

The Kinds Of Helps You Can Assure To Me

You have to choose at least one of the following:

1. Your vote.

2. Your family's votes.

3. Your friend's votes.

4. Your neighbour's votes.

5. Your leadership around you.

6. Your leadership in your ward/block.

7. Your leadership in your village/town/city.

8. Your leadership in your MLA's constituency.

9. Your leadership in your MP's constituency.

10. Your leadership in your state.

11. Your leadership in your zone

12. Your personal financial support.

13. Your family's financial support.

14. Your friend's financial support.

15. Your neighbour's financial support.

16. Some of the above supports, say 1,2,6,7 etc.

17. All of the above supports.

Join Me For The Following Reasons

1. If you want the rule of law.

2. If you want the rule of honest people.

3. If you want the rule of patriotic people.

4. If you want the rule of progressive people.

5. If you want more opportunities of jobs.

6. If you want to stay with the truth & reality.

7. If you want good roads, 24 hrs electricity & water.

8. If you want to pay back something to your nation.

9. If you do not believe in castism or religion.

10. If you want the rule of people who promises less and give more progress.

11. If you are a self dependent and do not want the government to feed you.

12. If you are above your personal interest and respect the national interest.

13. If you want the fast redressal of your complaints in government offices.

14. To get the reforms in our reservation system.

15. If you want to end the hypocrisy (today's politicians keep on abusing the rich people to get applause from poors and after winning elections, they sit in the lap of same rich people.)

16. If you want to end the accumulation of wealth with the politicians( we shall make a law to search the houses of each elected leader on yearly basis and moreover load all the property owners on respective websites to stop the investment of money in properties.)

17. If you want to punish your present politicians (during elections ask the present corrupt politicians to spend more and more money and give votes to us. This is the biggest punishment at your own hands. Without power, these politicians shall jump like a fish without water & die)

How I Am Planning To Achieve This Mission

Before explaining the plan to achieve this mission, I would like to explain the importance of educated people getting together. I am an engineering graduate having 10 years experience in production planning.

I am planning of this political change since last 20 years. During my education and job career, I kept a close watch on both kinds of people, one those who are very honest and reached to great heights by abiding the rules of land. Others those who are very dishonest and never abide by the rules of land. Most of the dishonest people are there in our political system who has corrupted other people around them also.

1. The generation of educated people's vote bank

Nuclear Fission: Basics

When a nucleus fissions, it splits into several smaller fragments. These fragments, or fission products, are about equal to half the original mass. Two or three neutrons are also emitted.

Nuclear Fission

The sum of the masses of these fragments is less than the original mass. This 'missing' mass (about 0.1 percent of the original mass) has been converted into energy according to Einstein's equation.

Fission can occur when a nucleus of a heavy atom captures a neutron, or it can happen spontaneously.

Nuclear Chain Reactions

A chain reaction refers to a process in which neutrons released in fission produce an additional fission in at least one further nucleus. This nucleus in turn produces neutrons, and the process repeats. The process may be controlled (nuclear power) or uncontrolled (nuclear weapons).

U235 + n → fission + 2 or 3 n + 200 MeV

If each neutron releases two more neutrons, then the number of fissions doubles each generation. In that case, in 10 generations there are 1,024 fissions and in 80 generations about 6 x 10 23 (a mole) fissions.

Energy Released From Each Fission is 200 MeV (million electron volts)

1 MeV (million electron volts) = 1.609 x 10 -13 joules

As per my plan also, we have to generate a human chain to propagate the message to kill the corruption and corrupt political establishment and generate a vote bank respectively. As explained earlier, presently there are 6 crores internet users in India. If 50% of this highly privileged population carries forward this message to ten person each, then we can generate a solid vote bank of 30 crores people.

This way at every step, we can multiply our vote bank by 10 and at the 8th step, it makes the vote bank of around 10 crores people.

Practically, there will be an overlapping of well known friends/relatives. In other words, a person can receive the same message from two or three friends/relatives. At the same time, it is not hard and fast rule that one person has to send the message to exactly ten people. It may be less than ten also. These two reasons cause the loss of people in the vote bank. This can be compensated by the fact that some another dedicated and resourceful person can send the message to even more than ten people.

2. To organize the vote bank people to contest elections: Here, before explaining anything, I would repeat Netaji Subash Chandra's words, "The first step towards antion building is the creation of true & honest people and the second step is to organize them." The above words does not need any proof because Netaji himself adopted this philosophy in generating Azad Hind Fauj and then organized the force by leading them to fight for India's freedom.

Since we have to get rid of corruption from politics, hence our selection procedure of candidates should be more transparent, above personal interest and beyond the drawbacks of present political system. The complete selection procedure is explained here under along with the merits of the selection procedure:

1. Identify the leading people who has generated the awareness among the highest number of people. This can be identified by the respondents itself, by knowing from them that who has told them this idea. This way identify top five people with highest number of respondents in one particular constituency.

2. Take one name on sampling basis out of these five people having highest number of supporters. After selecting one person out of five, ask the another four to tell their supporters to vote for the sampled candidate. As far as resentment and personal aspirations among another four people are concerned, I would lead the people by setting my own example by becoming the part of the same system. Being a founder member of the system, I can have the highest number of supporters but I can also be denied the ticket because I have to try my luck through the same system. This procedure can be applied to all constituencies and at all levels.

3. Similarly, the same procedure of selection can be applied to elect the CM/PM. Take top 5 MLAs/MPs with highest number of supporters and then select one out of these MLAs/MPs on sampling basis.

Sources of Income To Run The Organisation

As I have mentioned everywhere that the root cause of corruption is the political expenditure to run the party and contest elections. This political expenditure is the only culprit which creates imbalance in the functioning of political parties and individuals. Otherwise there are still some honest people in our politics but they feel helpless when it comes to generate money to run the party and contest elections. Hence our formula to generate money to run the party and contest elections should be above the demerits of the present system of political funding and donations. Our formula is explained here under:

Before explaining the formula, I would like to explain the instances where money is required by the political parties:

1. To meet routine expanses like maintaining the party offices, refreshments for visitors, salary of office boys, vehicle expanses to reach to the rallies and dharnas.

2. To meet the elections expanses like posters, banners, distribution of money among poors, distribution of liquor among hard core drunkards, vehicles for campaigning and tents etc for rallies.

Here the first point takes very small amount of money and that can be managed in our case by contribution from the salaries of the MLAs/MPs once the party starts winning some seats.

The most horrible expenditure is the elections expenditure which imbalances every arithmetic and leads to the corruption in the politics.

In our case, we need only the first part and not the second one because our campaigning system does not require any political rally.

For the first part, to start with, we will arrange the fund in the following ways:

1. In the beginning, we will collect some money from our own members with an endorsement that the individual is donating the money only for national and in future he will not take advantage of his donation to get any personal benefit if the party comes to power.

2. In the beginning, we will pick up some people to lea the party who has well balanced family from where they can part with some of their own resources to serve the nation by considering it their duty towards nation to pay back something to the nation.

3. Once we get the support of some people and our chain of people reach to such a level that it becomes a mass movement then media shall try to cover our programs to make it a news. That day we will ask our media friends to pay for the news. Above all, presently also, our media houses are giving big political donations to our national political parties to keep them happy and get some favours in their routine affairs. Our media is more secular and they keep on educating the people about the misdeeds of our politicians everyday. In every half an hour political news program, they debate and analyse the political problems and close their program with a note that some good people should come forward to participate in politics to get rid of that particular problem.

Now, when good people needs money to stay good, then media will understand our logic and shall get ready to help us. Though this issue is debatable under the freedom of ex-pression right. Our media can claim that they are free press of India and they have freedom of ex-pression. They can cover any movement. I also agree with that point. They can cover any event. We are not stopping them from covering the event but they have to pay for it. We also have the freedom of earning money to run our organization. From media side also, if they pay us to cover the event, it would not be a direct donation to us but they will help us indirectly by paying us. Above all, media shall be using us as a product for commercials (all media houses generates money through advertisements by making the news as their product but actually the origin of the news is that particular event). Hence I think media would not mind it to pay us for that news content once we become a mass based party.

4. Once our candidates starts winning, then the party can manage their own affairs from their own salaries. From their salaries itself, they can donate some money to meet the routine affairs of the party.

Among above listed four points, the third point needs to be patented/copy righted or get some exclusive marketing rights to protect it from the freedom of ex-pression and make it a source of revenue generation to run the party affairs.

Most of this kinds of articles are being written by professional columnists on daily/weekly basis.

Here my concern is that the people who can do something good for the nation, who has money to do something, need not to do any thing because they already have adjusted themselves according to the prevailing circumstances and no time to do anything for the nation and a person like me who want to do something for the nation, who can take a lead, has no money to do anything for the nation.

Our people deserve this, when they vote on caste lines and in the name of religious
